Phone-match your databaseTired of hearing your telephone volunteers complain about the bad phone numbers? That's because many phone-matching services, in an effort to boost revenue, will use very low reliability scores to match the phone number with the household. In many cases the logic could be as thin as a ten-year old phone listing for a former resident at the address. Match PercentageAt Filpac we use a tighter matching score to ensure that the highest possible percentage of valid phone numbers. Our match rate on the average voter file is about 50 percent. Beware of those services promising household phone match rates in excess of 60 percent. The fact is that nationally about a third of residential phone numbers are unlisted. That figure is at least 50 percent in metropolitan areas, and it doesn't account for the increasing number of households where cell phones have replaced traditional phones as the primary means of communication. Price$12 for every thousand phone numbers matched. Minimum order: $150. So if you send us 50,000 records and we match 50 percent, that would be 25,000 phone records appended for a total price of $300. The ProcessSend us the file to be matched, along with a payment of $6 for every thousand records submitted, or the minimum order of $100, whichever is greater. This will cover a match rate of 50 percent. If the match rate is higher, we'll send you a bill. If it's lower, we send you a refund. Turn-around timeAbout 24 hours |
